Our mission is to help Men, women and children that's transitioning from prison, halfway homes or aging out of foster care. Mental Health and Substance Abuse cases will be our prime focus. We will promote change by applying person centered care and more for a full transition and recovery.

By recognizing inherited patterns of behavior, communication styles, and limiting beliefs, here at GTH we believe anyone can step into the role of a cycle breaker—consciously choosing the power of healing over past trauma and pain.
